Terms and Conditions

All products are as described on the website.  As I handmake all my items, they may differ slightly from the photos shown e.g. due to pattern placement. The dimensions will be  accurate to within 1.5cm.  The products shown on the website are photographed in white light and every effort has been taken to ensure that the colour reproduction is accurate. However, the appearance may vary based on the device used.

Delivery

There is free delivery on all for orders   

Please note that I currently only deliver to United Kingdom. 

I use Royal Mail 2nd class post to ensure that your order arrives quickly  and in perfect condition. As I hand make all my products and pack them myself, it can take up to five working days for your order to  arrive. Personalised and custom orders may take longer and I will email you the estimated time scales involved.

If you have any issue with delivery, please do contact me and I shall respond as soon as possible.   

Returns

 If you have an issue with your order, I will work with you to resolve it as best as possible.

My return or exchange policy is only valid for 30 days after purchase. To  be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same  condition that you received it. It must also be in the original  packaging.  You  will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for  returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a  refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

All personalised and custom orders are excluded from this return policy.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is  received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the  approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your  refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to  your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount  of days.
